HERE'S WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO!

IMPACTING OUR COMMUNITY IS WHY WE EXIST

Mental Health at UH

Our founder, Caroline Ferguson, had the opportunity to sit down with the Director of CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services), Dr Norma Ngo at the University of Houston and discuss the state of mental health and suicide prevention on college campuses. Click here to watch.

Grateful & Company is heavily involved with the University of Houston's continued effort to end suicide among college students. We've hosted campus wide Gratitude Takeovers, student presentations about the power of gratitude and campus mental health, and participated with ongoing campaigns such as End the Stigma.

Suicide Prevention

We had the opportunity to speak to over 700 high school students about the power of gratitude and ways to cope with the oncoming challenges and stress that college presents.

College Prep

Grateful & Company was invited to share its' story on CW39 and the power of gratitude and what we as an organization are trying to promote and do to create radical change.

On the News

One of our favorite ways to impact the community is by hosting Gratitude Takeovers- where we set up huge chalk boards and invite people all over to come up and write what they're grateful for!
